1. Main structure and function
RHM, PRM type vertical mill is mainly composed of separator, grinding disc, grinding roller, pressure device, motor, reducer, shell and other parts.
Separator is an important component to determine the fineness of the product. It is composed of adjustable speed transmission device, wheels, guide blades, shell, coarse powder blanking cone bucket, air outlet, etc. It is similar to the working principle of the classifier.
The grinding disc is fixed on the output shaft of the reducer, and the upper part of the grinding disc is a material bed with an annular groove on the material bed.
The grinding roller is the main component of the material for crushing and grinding, and the mill is equipped with two pairs of grinding rollers, each pair of grinding rollers is installed on the same shaft and rotates at different speeds.
The pressure device is a component that provides grinding pressure. It is composed of a hydraulic cylinder rod, a high-pressure oil station, an accumulator, etc., and can apply sufficient pressure to the grinding roller to crush the material.
In addition to the transmission of power, the reducer also bears the weight of the grinding disc and the grinding force.
